yotemudo.comWeb design and SEO · Puerto Rico
I build custom websites for businesses in Puerto Rico. First I build you the demo with your real content; if you like it, your page starts at $350, one-time, with your domain included and in your name. If you don't like it, you don't pay a thing.
From $350, one-time, no monthly fees The domain stays in your name I serve the whole island
Services
Three ways to work together. You can start with one and add the others when your business calls for it.
Your page built from scratch around your business: your services, your photos, the way you talk to your customer. Fast on mobile, clear on every screen, with one mission — getting you contacted.
Service page 02Show up where your customers look for you. I work on the structure, the content and the technical side of your site so Google understands it and shows it when someone searches for what you offer in Puerto Rico.
Service page 03Advice to turn your app idea into reality, and automation of repetitive tasks with AI, Python and n8n so your business works faster and with fewer errors.
Service pageWhy it matters
Having an online presence today isn't optional: it's essential. Whether you're a nonprofit, a local merchant or an independent professional, your website is your calling card, your sales tool and your direct channel to your audience.
A well-designed site conveys professionalism. Having your own site is proof that your project is serious, organized and accessible. It also lets you show testimonials, achievements and everything that sets you apart.
You're available all the time, to everyone. While you rest, your page keeps working. It's like having someone selling and representing your brand at any hour, from anywhere in the world.
You don't depend only on social media. Social media is useful, but limited. On your website you fully control how you present your story, your services and your identity, and where you guide the visitor.
Your website can be your best salesperson. With a well-thought-out structure optimized for search, your page attracts people interested in what you offer and turns them into bookings, sales or calls.
Portfolio
Open them. They're running right now, each on its own domain and in its owner's name. No two look alike because none came from the same template.

yotemudo.com
Commercial kitchen equipment distributor. Catalog of over 260 pieces with filters and a WhatsApp quote cart.
olivachoservice.com
Residential, Airbnb and commercial cleaning. The design came from the two graphic pieces the business already had, not a template.
cleanvibespr.com
Catering for weddings, corporate events and brunch. Bilingual site, built around the quote request.
puertoricocaterings.com
Business center in Condado: shipping, mailbox and printing. Truly bilingual site, Spanish and English separated.
cornerofficecenter.com
Live paella for events. The whole site pushes toward one thing: getting the customer to book the date.
akpaellas.com
Sound, lights and LED dance floor for events. The design borrows the language of a mixing console.
acostaaudiosolution.com
Event for dogs and their owners: tickets, gallery and store, with email capture through a giveaway.
barkandplaypr.com
Catering with reservations. It came from WordPress with a visual builder and was rebuilt as static.
bluelagooncatering.comFeatures
I don't just build pretty pages: I build digital tools. These are the features I can add to your site — we talk and pick the ones that actually move your business.
How we work
This is how it works, and why there's no risk on your side: the design exists first, and you decide after.
I look at your business, your photos and what you already publish, and I build a real page with your content. It's not a template with your logo on top.
I send you the link and you open it on your phone. If it doesn't convince you, it ends there — you owe me nothing and I won't insist.
A single payment by Stripe or ATH Móvil. It's not a subscription. Then I check that your domain is available and set it up in your name.
Domain propagation takes 1 to 2 hours. You have your website working the same day you buy it.
Packages
You start with what your business needs as a base and, if later you want something more, it's quoted separately. Every package includes domain + hosting for the first year and free basic maintenance forever.
Build your page
You build the structure of your own landing page: you choose which sections you want (and which you don't) instead of receiving a finished design. Fill out the form to start building it.

Who's behind this
I'm Carlos Andrés, founder of Cas Web Design. I've spent over seven years helping local businesses reach their potential online, and six of those I spent as an IT Specialist (MOS 25B) in the US Army, working on the encryption of tactical communications between battalions.
There I learned what no template teaches: a system works when it performs under pressure and when the person using it can understand it. When I answer your email, when I design your page and when I publish it, it's me — the same person, start to finish.
Frequently asked questions
If you've already seen the demo and decide to buy it, the same day. After payment I check that the domain is available, set it up, and propagation takes between 1 and 2 hours. What does take time is building the demo before that, and that part is on me.
Yes. I build the demo with your real content and send you the link to open on your phone. If you don't like it, you pay nothing and it ends there. I'd rather show you the work than convince you with a PDF proposal.
It helps a lot, but it's not a requirement to begin. If you don't have content, we work with whatever exists — your social media, your flyers, your work photos — and I draft the text for you to approve or correct.
It's included in every package and stays in your name from day one. Your business domain has to be yours, not mine — if someday you decide to leave, you take it without asking my permission. After year 2 the renewal costs $15 a year and you pay it directly to the provider; that money never passes through my hands.
There's no trick, there's a limit: each package includes what it says as a base. If you need something more — an online store, calendar bookings, a client area or Google ranking — that's separate work and quoted separately. Change and maintenance prices are published on their pricing page, with no surprises. I tell you before, not after.
Yes, if that's what you want. Some projects are done in WordPress precisely so you can go in and change things, and others are hand-coded so they load as fast as possible. In the consultation we decide what suits you and I explain the tradeoffs of each option.
It's the most common case. Often the problem isn't the design but that Google doesn't understand what the site is about, or that it loads slowly on mobile. That's where SEO comes in: I review what you have and tell you what to fix and what to redo, without overselling.
Yes. The whole process can be done by phone, WhatsApp and video call, so I serve businesses across the island. If you prefer to meet in person, we can arrange it.
