Technical consulting
and automation
Turn your app idea into reality with advice that walks you from planning to implementation — and automate the repetitive work that's eating up your hours today.
Where this comes from
Six years solving
technical problems under pressure
Before doing this full time I was an IT Specialist (MOS 25B) in the US Army, supporting networks, hardware and software, and working on the encryption of tactical communications between battalions.
There you learn something incredibly useful for business: the right solution isn't the most sophisticated one — it's the one that keeps working when nobody's watching and that the person using it can understand without a manual.
When it makes sense to call me
- You have an app idea and don't know where to start
- You're copying data from one site to another every day
- You answer the same five messages a hundred times
- Someone sold you a system and nobody explained how to use it
- You have several tools that don't talk to each other
- You want to know if something is viable before investing in it
What can be done
Three ways to
take work off your plate
Project advice
We land your idea: what can be built, with which tools, in what order and what's worth leaving for later. You leave with a realistic plan and a clear idea of the cost, not a vague budget.
Process automation
I automate repetitive tasks with AI, Python and n8n: moving data between systems, generating documents, organizing information that arrives messy, alerting you when something you care about happens.
Automated support
An assistant that answers the usual questions — hours, prices, availability, location — at any hour, and only passes on to you what actually needs a person.
Every case is different, so this isn't sold as a package: we talk first, I see what you're doing by hand today and I honestly tell you what's worth automating and what isn't.

Frequently asked questions
About consulting
Do I need to have a clear idea to call you?
No. In fact the most useful conversation is usually the one at the beginning, when you can still change course cheaply. If all you have is a problem and the suspicion that technology can solve it, that's enough to start.
Will you build it yourself or refer me out?
It depends on the size. What fits in my scope I build myself. If your project needs a team or a specialty I don't master, I tell you upfront in the first conversation instead of learning at your expense.
Does automation replace my employees?
That's not the idea. What automates well is the work nobody wants to do: copying data, answering the same thing ten times, filling forms. That frees your people for what actually needs a person — taking good care of the customer.
Is this only for big businesses?
On the contrary. A one- or two-person business is where saving five hours of manual work a week is felt the most, because those hours are yours.
Let's start
Tell me what you're
doing by hand
If there's something you repeat every week, it can probably be automated. The first conversation is free and with no commitment.
