Home · Delete your data
This page explains how to ask Cas Web Design to delete the information it has about you, including information received through Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. No forms and no explanations needed.
What information I may have
- Messages with Cas Web Design on WhatsApp, Messenger, or Instagram: your number or username, your profile name, and the content of the conversation with the assistant.
- Comments on my Facebook or Instagram posts where you requested a guide: the comment ID, your username, and the comment text.
- Free guides: the name and email you entered to receive the guide and, if you checked the box, your subscription to email tips.
- If you are a customer of a business that uses Cas Web Design's WhatsApp assistant (for example, a pest control or plumbing company): the messages you sent to that business, which I process on its behalf.
How to request deletion
- Email hola@caswebdesign.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or message me on WhatsApp at +1 (787) 900‑3832.
- Include whatever helps me find you: your phone number, your Instagram or Facebook username, or the email you used. If you are a customer of a business that uses the assistant, also tell me the business name.
- I confirm that I received the request and let you know once it has been deleted. I may ask for one more detail to confirm the information is yours, so I don't delete someone else's.
What is deleted and what is not
I delete your conversations, recorded comments, your email, and your subscription from my systems. If you are a customer of a business that uses the assistant, I also notify that business of your request.
What I can't delete from here:
- Messages that remain on your own phone or in your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp account. Those are controlled by you and Meta.
- Public comments you wrote on my posts: you can delete them from the post, or ask me to remove them from my Page.
- Invoices, contracts, and payments, if you were a Cas Web Design client, for as long as the law requires them to be kept.
Stop receiving emails
Every tips email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You don't need to write to me.
Remove access from Facebook
If you connected your account or your business to Cas Web Design through Facebook, you can remove its access at any time in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, find Cas Web Design Bot, and tap Remove. If you also want me to delete what I already have, write to me as explained above.
